procedures for reporting violations. User engagement is vital, and those who encounter potential policy
violations are encouraged to contact Rediafile immediately. We take allegations of abuse seriously and are

Prohibited Content
Rediafile's Terms of Service expressly prohibit the distribution of the following types of Content:

1. Content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, malware, or that infringes upon copyright, trademark, or patent
rights without the requisite licenses, rights, consents, and permissions.
2. Content that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to sexually explicit material and any
material that infringes the rights of privacy or publicity.
3. Any other Content deemed as a violation according to Rediafile’s Terms of Service.

When reporting Terms of Service violations, users should submit a support ticket that includes a direct link to
the Content in question. Confirmed reports of violations may result in action against the offending account, up
to and including immediate termination. Should an account holder believe their account was suspended
erroneously, they may contact our support team for further evaluation with a detailed explanation.
