1. General Payment Terms

• a. All paid services must be utilized in accordance with the stipulated agreement.
• b. Refunds for payment are only provided under specific conditions as described herein.
• c. Unauthorized disputes regarding payments are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

2. Subscription Information

• a. Details regarding your subscription are communicated via email and can also be accessed in your account.
• b. To view your subscription details, log into your account and navigate to the "My Account" page.

3. Rediafile Premium Accounts

• a. Premium Services (“Subscription”) require payment of fees as outlined in the service description.
• b. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred related to your account in U.S. dollars using a major credit card accepted by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal.
• c. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these terms.

4. Rediafile 30-Day Free Trial Offer

• a. A 30-Day Free Trial offer may be made available to existing Rediafile free users.
• b. By signing up for the 30-Day Free Trial, you agree to a recurring annual subscription commencing on the 31st day after registration for the Trial.
• c. The subscription will automatically renew each year thereafter unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

5. Processing Adjustments

Rediafile reserves the right to remedy any processing errors identified, which may lead to adjustments to your account as necessary. In the event of an overcharge, we will issue a credit or refund promptly.

6. Refund Policy

We stand behind our services. Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• Service Failure: If the premium service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your subscription period, you may request a pro-rata refund.
• Billing Errors: If you are incorrectly charged, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount upon verification.
• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For new annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not exceeded 5GB of storage usage.
• No Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial usage, expired trials, or failure to cancel before auto-renewal.
