regardless of its form or format, that is uploaded by an account holder to their account on Rediafile.

2. Compliance with Legal Standards: All Content uploaded to an account holder's account must adhere to
Rediafile’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and must comply with applicable United States laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights: Account holders are prohibited from using Content in any manner that infringes
upon the rights of others, including but not limited to violations of individual rights, copyright, intellectual
property, or trademark laws.

4. Consequences of Violations: Rediafile reserves the right to disable any Content and to suspend the
accounts of account holders found to be in violation of this Content Policy. A confirmed report of a policy
violation will result in the issuance of a strike to the offending account holder, as detailed in the "Repeat
Violations" section of the Terms of Service.

5. Policy Violation Guidance: Account holders are advised to review the Policy Violation guidelines to fully
understand the implications of violations and the potential for suspension or account termination.
