**📄 User Terms & Conditions for QUIK TRANSFER**
By purchasing and using the QUIK TRANSFER package, you agree to the following terms:
The QUIK TRANSFER package allows you to upload and transfer a single file or a bundle of files with a maximum total size of **50GB**.
You can choose from two validity periods:
* **Standard Transfer (3-Day Validity):**
* **Cost:** **$2.00 USD** (One-time payment)
* **Validity:** The generated download link will be active for **72 hours (3 days)** from the moment of creation.
* **Extended Transfer (14-Day Validity):**
* **Cost:** **$8.50 USD** (One-time payment)
* **Validity:** The generated download link will be active for **14 days** from the moment of creation.
* **One Download Link:** A single, unique download link will be generated upon successful upload and payment.
* **Automatic Deletion:** **Immediately after the validity period (3 or 14 days) expires, the file will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.**
* **Package Cancellation:** The entire transfer package is considered completed and cancelled upon expiration. It cannot be retrieved or extended after deletion.
* You are responsible for ensuring the download link is shared correctly with the intended recipient(s).
* You must ensure that the files you upload do not violate any laws, contain malware, or infringe on copyrights. Prohibited content will be removed without refund.
We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee the service against unforeseen outages or maintenance. In the event of a significant service failure during your package's validity, we may, at our discretion, extend the link's validity.
