Dashboard overview
The Rediafile file manager lets you view all uploaded files in one place. From the dashboard you can:
- Preview files — View images, videos, documents, and code without downloading
- Rename files and folders — Keep your storage organized with custom names
- Move files — Drag and drop between folders
- Delete files permanently — Remove content you no longer need
- View download statistics — See how many times each file was downloaded
- Copy share links — One-click copy for any file
Folder management
Create folders to organize your uploads. You can share entire folders with a single link, and set permissions for each folder:
- View only — Recipients can only download files, no modifications
- Upload & edit — Collaborators can add and modify files in the folder
- Full access — Complete control over folder contents, including deletion
Storage cleanup
The file manager can clean up space and save your internal storage. Use the bulk delete feature to remove expired or unwanted files, or set auto-delete rules for old uploads. This keeps your dashboard tidy and prevents clutter.
Note: Only the user who uploaded the content can delete it. Rediafile does not delete active files unless requested by the uploader or due to terms of service violations.
