Supported file types
Rediafile has no restriction on file type. You can upload any format. Supported previews include:
- Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, BMP, SVG, TIFF, ICO
- Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, FLV, MKV, MPEG, WEBM
- Audio: MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, M4A

File lifetime
By default, files are stored for 7 days on the free plan without an account. You can extend this period or set a custom expiration date before sharing your link. With a free account, files can be kept for up to 30 days. Business users can set custom lifetimes or keep files indefinitely.
Password protection
Add a password to any share link before sending it out. Recipients must enter the correct password before they can download the file. You can set or change the password at any time from your file manager dashboard.
Download notifications
With a free account, you will be notified when someone has downloaded the file you shared. This helps you track engagement and know when your content has been accessed.
