When to report
Report files that contain:
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful software
- Child exploitation, abuse, or CSAM content
- Copyright infringement (pirated software, movies, music, books)
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods
- Personal information shared without consent (doxing, doxxing)
- Phishing or scam content
How to report
Visit rediafile.com/cloud/report_file and provide the following information:
- The full share URL of the file (required)
- The reason for reporting — select from the dropdown menu (required)
- Your contact email — for follow-up if needed (optional)
- Any additional details that help us investigate (optional)
What happens next

Review
Our moderation team reviews the report within 24-48 hours. Priority is given to reports involving illegal content.

Action
If the content violates our terms, we remove the file immediately and may suspend the uploader's account. Law enforcement may be notified for illegal content.

Notification
If you provided an email, we will notify you of the outcome. Note that we cannot share details about actions taken against other users for privacy reasons.
Important: False or malicious reports may result in action against your own account. Please report responsibly and only for genuine violations.
DMCA / copyright claims
For copyright infringement claims, please include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The exact URL of the infringing file
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
- Your electronic or physical signature
